3.1 The 7-Day Inspection Window

We offer a 7-day “No-Questions-Asked” exchange policy. If the piece doesn’t match your outfit or exceeds your expectations in size, you can swap it for another treasure.

3.2 Hygiene & Integrity Standards

To protect the health and safety of all our patrons:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Original Security Tag: Every piece comes with a “Jewel Junction Security Tag.” If this tag is removed or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original velvet casing, with the certificate of authenticity (where applicable).

3.3 Refund Modalities (The “Gold Back” Guarantee)

  • Manufacturing Defects: If a stone is loose or a clasp is broken upon arrival, we offer a 100% Full Refund or an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.
  • COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • Digital Reversals: Card payments are reversed through our API within 7-14 business days.
  • Store Credit: We offer “Junction Credits” which never expire and can be used for future gifts or bridal upgrades.

3.4 Shipping & Insurance

  • Secure Transit: All returns must be shipped via a tracked and insured courier service.
  • Who Pays? If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the shipping cost. If the item is defective, jeweljunction.store covers all logistics fees.
